M-TAB is taken by many modern window managers, so this is not an
MS-Windows only issue anymore.  If it should be mentioned, that should
be in the main body of the manual, not in a Windows specific appendix.

I don't understand what is wrong with the current text.  It clearly
explains the variables that affect the windows keys.  It's impossible
to write a manual where EVERYTHING STANDS OUT, for obvious reasons.
Let's not exaggerate every obscure issue as if it were the only
important thing we should describe in the manual.
