Yes.  But where?  Perhaps the first place that M-TAB is documented
as an Emacs command.  What do you think?

Yes, probably.  Btw, that place ("Symbol Completion") already mentions
possible problems with window managers.

Once again: I think it is important that it stands out. You should not have to search for explanation of this problem as a beginner. Then you may just think that something is seriously wrong. Keep it as simple as possible for beginners because. That makes it much easier for them to learn.
