What are the manifestations of the UI language, besides the keyboard
input language?

No, they just introduced a few more functions whose functionality
overlaps the old ones, and this whole mess is so badly documented that
it's impossible to understand how each language is chosen and by whom,
and what is the right language to use in each situation.
