I mean the mode-line face setting in my code is only effective in the
initial frame. In any frames created by 'C-x 5 2' the mode-line face
is changed to the default as follows:

| Foreground: #1010ff
| Background: #00f8f1
`----
,----[ other frames ]
| Foreground: #101010
| Background: #fbf8f1
