Please describe how did you get Rmail to decode the MIME attachment.
Rmail generally doesn't support that as of now.

More generally, please give a precise recipe, starting from "emacs -Q", 
to reproduce the problem, and please use `report-emacs-bug' to send
the report.  Without these, it's very hard to debug a problem.
