Oh that's much clearer!  Wait a minute that, that would mean it should
be called return-window-lru.

How about:

"Get the least recently used (selected) window for display."

However, as Glenn says, perhaps we should continue this thread on 1st April.

This must be a joke. It is already 1st April.
