Elisp manual needs xrefs for text properties and point after cmds |

Node Adjusting Point of the Elisp manual is in the Command Loop
section - far from help about text properties. It should cross
reference node Special Properties, and vice versa, so users can
understand the relation between properties such as intangible and
point adjustment.
