Hmm. <lisp> tags in emacs-wiki-publishing-header and -footer appear to
be correctly evaluated. However, <lisp> tags in the ChangeLog itself
are not evaluated because ChangeLog files are supposed to be as
literal as possible.
What do you expect the behavior of emacs-wiki to be when it comes to
ChangeLogs, and how does it perform now?
