[emacs-wiki-discuss] pdf documentation suggestion

Hi Sacha and John,

I took a quick look at the pdf documentation and thought they were
great!  

One suggestion... planner-remember.el seems to be quite buried,
whereas I feel it is extremely important.  I wonder if 

  1) it should just be made part of planner.el (why is it not simply
  loaded automatically)?

  2) it could receive more prominent placement in the manual.
