[emacs-wiki-discuss] Multi-languages in emacs/planner

Hello everybody,

 

I'm running emacs on WindowsXp and use Planner to take note my tasks, notes, schedules...

Is that ok to use Japanese or Vietnamese in Planner. And if it's ok, please tell me how to use Japanese or Vietnamese in Planner.
