[emacs-wiki-discuss] Intent to package remember-el for Debian

Thanks to zakame's prompting, I've applied to get remember-el into the
main Debian archive.

I'm still working on my NM application. Would any Debian Developer
like to sponsor it in? We still have some compilation questions
regarding the recent split of emacs-wiki into core emacs-wiki stuff
and extra (remember-el uses code that was split off), but the package
is probably otherwise okay.
