Can we just use the usual "/file/name:1234" form like gcc, etc output
does? (does MacOS get excited over colons?)
Personally, I'd be willing to say "we don't support this feature for
filenames with a : (or #) character followed by a number". If you're
really worried about it, using file:// and URL escaping the # (%23)
should work (urls should probably be escaped that way regardless of this
anchor feature).
