The message is somewhat misleading, but this means that LaTeX failed
to convert tex files to dvi files.  The cause of the failure is not
clear, because no error message is shown.

Unfortunately, latex2png seems to discard all outputs from latex
command. So, unless you can hack elisp, not much can be done.  You can
check c:/DOCUME~1/JunMa/LOCALS~1/Temp/_47521900 is present, and run
latex on this file to see the result.
