[emacs-wiki-discuss] change mode of file when remote publishing.

Hi

  I'm publishing my emacs-wiki file into  a remote webserver,
my umask was set 0077 on that server, so,  after the publishing
the html file is 0600 mode.

  How to make is default as 0644 ? i don't want to change 
my umask on that server, a simple configuration of emacs-wiki
or tramp would be a better solution to me
