[emacs-wiki-discuss] underline in extended links

Hello,

I recently found that the extended links including `_' such as

- [[http://133.11.xxx.xx:8080/-_-http://www.sciencemag.org/][Science]]
- [[http://133.11.xxx.xy:8080/-_-http://www.nature.com/nature/][Nature]]

are not converted properly. This problem may be caused by change
of (emacs-wiki-markup-word) in emacs-wiki--main--1.0--patch-81.
Does anyone have a good fix?
