If I create a link in a muse file whose target doesn't yet exist and
then hit `TAB', point isn't moved to the "beginning" of that link. It
would be nice if `TAB' moved point among all links, even those whose
target doesn't yet exist.
I believe that emacs-wiki has this behavior. Perhaps there's some
variable I haven't set properly?
