According to Planner's changelog, the `kbd' command is not available
on some variants of XEmacs.

From a brief test on my dad's windows machine, it looks like [(shift
tab)] will suffice, so Muse will use that keybinding if running under
Windows as of patch-120.  Let me know if that fixes the problem.
