Noticed this issue while playing around with my planner-html derived
style from the html style.

All of html style :regexp definitions were being ignored during
publishing.  Now it is no longer ignored.

* lisp/muse-publish.el: Current implementation only takes the highest
  level derived style's regexps and appends it to the default list.  If
  the current style is a 3rd derivation off of other existing styles, the
  other style's regexps do not get appended.  Now it does. :)
