Hi all,

First, apologies for my relative lack of participation in the list.
School has been hitting me hard.

After discussing with Sacha the ways of dealing with the transition
From emacs-wiki to Muse, and Planner to Planner--Muse, it was decided
that emacs-wiki would be deprecated eventually, and that my
planner-muse--mwolson--1.0 would become the main branch for Planner
development.

Archive: address@hidden
Location: http://www.mwolson.org/archives/2005
Branch: planner-muse--mwolson--1.0
Tarball: http://www.mwolson.org/static/dist/planner-muse-latest.tar.gz

I will continue to attempt to support emacs-wiki until the end of the
year, or longer if functionality has not been ported.

If you have a Planner branch that you'd like me to merge from, please
contact me so that I can add it to my tla-bookmarks list. I've
currently got the following branches added as "partners" in
tla-bookmarks.

"address@hidden/planner--dev-kea--1.0"
"address@hidden/planner--johnsu01--0"
"address@hidden/planner--dev--1.0"
"address@hidden/planner--merge--1.0"
"address@hidden/planner-muse--devo--1.0"
"address@hidden/planner-muse--peter--1.0"
"address@hidden/planner--dev--1.0"
"address@hidden/planner--yh--1.0"

See http://www.emacswiki.org/cgi-bin/wiki/PlannerMusePort for
migration information. Please feel free to add to it, including
problems that you encounter.

Bugs may be reported at http://gna.org/bugs/?group=planner-el.

I do a little with the planner--merge port, but not much.
Occasionally enhancements find their way to it by means of my
planner--duo--1.0 branch. duo == "merge" to me; it was an attempt at
giving that branch a distinct name :^) .

planner--merge is a really good idea, and may prove helpful to those
who want to transition slowly, but the need for it will be gone once
emacs-wiki is a thing of the past.

I haven't yet put together a combined tarball for Muse and Planner,
but the individual latest tarballs may be respectively found at:

 - http://www.mwolson.org/static/dist/planner-muse-latest.tar.gz

Zip files also exist.

 - http://www.mwolson.org/static/dist/planner-muse-latest.zip

If you add my Debian repository to your /etc/apt/sources.list, a
"planner-muse-el" debian package is available. I've updated it today.

    deb http://www.mwolson.org/debian/ ./

See the README in muse-latest.(tar.gz or zip) for building and
installation instructions, and then apply them to Planner :^) .
