[emacs-wiki-discuss] Finally Got Planner-Muse working!

I have tried on and off to swtich over to planner-muse for while now
and finally went through the tangled crud that passes for my .emacs
and commented out everything to do with emacs-wiki and planner and
then installed planner muse and planner modules step by step.

planner-notes-index now works!  My old config must have been
responsible for it not working before.

Emacs-wiki-mode is dead; long live muse-mode!
