This is the intended effect.
If you have a level 3 heading after a level 2 heading, the level 3
heading will be nested inside of the level 2 heading.
The idea is that the whole page is divided into sections, each section
beginning with a level N heading.
If you don't want the output to be indented to the right or smaller,
customize planner-html-style-sheet.
