I'm not going to be doing much with Planner or Muse until December 17.

Here are a few things on my TODO list:

 - Merge Jim Ottaway's nested list support into Muse proper
 - Make tables have a begin- and end- markup so that they don't need
   post-processing
 - Add planner-gtd.el to Planner (if permission is granted)
 - Get a Muse-based Planner release out the door by Christmas
