[emacs-wiki-discuss] planner-bibtex: errant point

I have just noticed that planner-bibtex-annotation-new and
planner-bibtex-annotation-old---and hence planner-annotation-as-kill
and muse-registry-show in a bibtex buffer---move point to the
beginning of the current bibtex entry.  Wrapping the body of these
functions in save-excursion leaves point in the correct place.
