Follow-up Comment #7, bug #4702 (project muse-el):
This is something that needs fixing. One way around it would be to
refactor your large project into several small ones and use interwiki links.
This is, of course, not ideal.
I like the idea of checking each publishing rule (the last part of a
muse-project-alist entry) links with explicit directories, with the 1st match
winning. I.e. [[CV/]] should be interpreted as [first matching rule that has
a valid directory ending in "CV/" + :default entry].
And [[CV/file]] should be similar, but splitting CV and file into
directory and file parts, and using the file part instead of :default.
