[emacs-wiki-discuss] emacs-wiki 2.71 released

I am pleased to announce the release of emacs-wiki 2.71.

Emacs-wiki allows you to create a wiki on your local system and export
HTML pages.

This will probably be the last release of emacs-wiki, since Emacs Muse
does the same things in a better way, with only some little-used
functionality remaining to be ported.  When the 3.03 release of Emacs
Muse comes out, it will be considered a complete replacement for
emacs-wiki.
