Details:

Word wrap currently knows nothing of definition lists and combines them into
a single paragraph.  It would be great if the word wrap was definition aware
and formatted subsequent lines as a hanging indent, as it does with the other
list types.

  goes onto the next line.
Wubba :: Definition two.
