I've fixed up the tarball and zipfile for muse-3.02.6, calling the
result muse-3.02.6b.(tar.gz|zip).

The changes are limited to the following.

 - Fix license blurb in all source files.
 - Include copy of the GPL in the COPYING file.
 - Include license notice in README file.
