Hi -

I've done something analogous where I can tag a project and then
dynamically list projects with a given tag in another project page. 
Let's me create a dynamic hierarchy.  I've been reluctant to share it
because it's rough around the edges and it doesn't quite hit my sweet
spot.

But maybe I should anyway.  Anyone interested in my awful elisp?
