This is strange. It looks like the date parsing function is getting
re-defined somehow.
I'm about to push a new version of xml-rpc.el with a report-bug function
so that I can get all the relevant information. Could you grab that
version (after I let you know that I've made it available) and, if you
can still produce the problem, use the report-bug function to report it
again?
