[Emms-patches] Bump emms-lastfm.el to use API version 1.2 and add now-playing support

Hi all,

this patch updates emms-lastfm.el to use the track submission API 1.2
and to support now-playing infos.  If you have such an last.fm applet on
your homepage it should now display the song you're listening to.  I
think it should be displayed at the last.fm user page, too.  That
doesn't work for me, but the server response says the infos were
submitted, so blame last.fm. :-)

Still last.fm radio rating does not work.  There's no API provided at
audioscrobbler.net, so you have to check the sources of the official
client.  But it seems the rating will soon be merged into the track
submission stuff, so it's not worth the trouble.
