NOTES

This release fixes almost all of the bugs I know about. Two bugs remain in 
the eepic output format: 1) Arrow heads are not cropped if they protrude 
partially from the screen mask, and 2) surface mesh elements are sometimes 
(but rarely) unfilled. Neither behavior is present in the pstricks output 
format.
