[ePiX-users] New release (Version 1.2.14)

This release fixes the bug reported by P. T. Kornman in November 2013, in
which color definitions were not being written under XCode on OS X 10.9.

Many thanks to Emilio Salazar for tracking down the problem and providing
a code fix!
