[Erc-discuss] needless punctuation in output of `/names' command

Subject: [Erc-discuss] needless punctuation in output of `/names' command

When I issue the command `/names' in my favorite channel, #emacs, on
irc.freenode.net, I'm given a list of all the nicknames of users
currently logged in to that channel. If this list is long, it's
punctuated with

"*** Users on #emacs: "

(The list also begins with this string.) It seems to me that this
punctuation is needless. Is there some way of getting ERC to
eliminate this punctuation?

Thanks,

Jesse
