I'm using ERC Version 5.3 (devel) with GNU Emacs 23.0.50.1
(i686-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.10.14, multi-tty) of 2007-09-01.
(setq erc-track-switch-direction 'importance)
However, the order appears on the modeline is different than what "C-c
C-SPC" would switch to.
