[Erc-discuss] Tags for old releases of ERC available

It is now possible to switch between different versions of ERC just by
doing (for example) "git checkout v5.1.4".  Use
"git checkout master" to get back to normal.

listing of tags.  I wasn't able to get some of the older releases,
because they predate the history I have for changes commit via GNU Arch.
