Your movement may create an opportunity - to run for it, or to strike.
Then the heavy armor was ditched with the development of firearms. After someone gets out of the hospital? What I mean is get moving.
they want to actually get somewhere with their training. Bring your feet back to starting position and stand up. Sit down from where you are and throw your feet over your head until they touch the floor behind you.
It might surprise you. Just by moving, you force the other person to react.
I mean really, how many of us have anxiety about the prospect of being assualted by a smaller, weaker, slower opponent?
Train like you mean it. I mean really, how many of us have anxiety about the prospect of being assualted by a smaller, weaker, slower opponent?
And that we need only avail ourselves of it, and enjoy it, and share it, and pass it around, and there will be plenty more after that. People tend to seriously resent having their ass kicked, so if you do it to someone, the term LAST RESORT had best apply.
Train like you mean it.
After someone gets out of the hospital? Does that end up on the ground? And, most important of all . It will seem like a tease.
Your stamina will triple, as will your mental focus. Just by moving, you force the other person to react.
Of course you can do more for a morning workout, and if you want to add something to the ten or fifteen push ups, by all means do so. They got what was coming to them .
I can recall specific situations in which I self-motivated, persisted, and hoped but, dang it, failed to regulate my mood, or control my impulse! I notice all the time that martial arts students tend to have lead feet.
Those of you have been getting my newletter for a while may remember the all-knowing, much-feared Evil One.
