[ESPResSo-devel] Documentation changes

Hi everybody!

As presented on last week's tutorial, I have created a new "Developer's
Guide", which is a LaTeX-Document and contains all that has been in the
"Related pages" section of the Doxygen docs, plus a bit more (to be
extended). The sources are in doc/dg/ of the development code of ES, a
current version of the DG is to be found here:

The Doxygen code documentation of course still exists. The required
files are to be found in doc/doxygen/ of the development code, and a
current version is to be found here:

Also note that two tutorials have turned up in the code under
doc/tutorials/, with current versions here:

Again, some more should be coming.
