Details:

In some of my scripts I manage to get the error below. This occurs both for
the Langevin and the LB thermostat.

virtual_sites_relative.c - update_mol_pos_particle(): No real particle
associated with virtual site.
...
(repeated about 200 times)

    while executing
"integrate 1"
    ("for" body line 47)
    invoked from within
"for {set k 0} {$k < 50} {incr k} {
