[ESPResSo-devel] H5MD metadata - PR 1852

Hi ESPResSo devs,

I noticed while testing the H5MD writer that the metadata was not written to the
file (see http://nongnu.org/h5md/h5md.html#h5md-metadata ) and filed a PR that
adds them.

I added a related test in testuite/h5md.py

This does not impact other parts of the code as far as I can tell.

I am happy to discuss this further of course.

PS: It is very nice to output H5MD files from ESPResSo :-) Even for short
prototyping scripts I find it extremely convenient!
