Did you try "configure" or "./configure"? The ActiveTcl-documentation indeed
suggests the first version, but that doesn't work on most unix systems I
know, since "." is for security reasons not in the path. So, try the second.
The same holds also for Espresso (or any other package that comes with
configure).
