Dear Tristan,
sorry. You are right about the k value calculated with the script
gnuplot, indeed i obtain a value k=23Kbt when the system temperature
is setted to 1.2.  If i plot <|h(q)|^2>  vs 1/q^4 nd first of all i
consider the fit y=a+bx where y=<|h(q)|^2> and x=q^-4, then i invert b
(that i now suppose is b=kbt/k) ,  i obtain again a k value very
similar at the previous (k=20KBT).So i haven't consider L^2!
