In the 3.0.x release, there is no Espresso_bin anymore, which is why it is not 
mentioned in the user's guide. Espresso itself is now the binary. Therefore, 
the problems should be somewhere else, e.g. a firewall blocking the 
communication or so. Error messages might be helpful.
