[Fab-user] fabric and lockfiles, to ensure only a single instance of a fabric task is run at a time

Hi All,

I'm digging deeper into fabric, and I'm curious if anyone out there uses lock files to ensure that only one fabric task is being run at a time? I've found the zc.lockfile python module[1], but I'm not sure what is the best way to integrate this into fabric tasks?
