I really wanna let everything out about my experience in Baghdad, especially the people, the reconstruction efforts.
a funny one this time. If Ramadi and Khalidiyah can be denied to the enemy, they must move their base out to Hit, if support comes from Syria.
So do me a favour, before you take a shower or wash your face, before you switch that AC on or off, before you turn the lights off or on.
Darn I thought to myself.
One thing though that really bothered me today is his tone of voice. He disappeared one day, to never return.
Their innocence, their plight to live.
I'm in my third year of command now.
One of the nicest and sweetest Americans I have met during my stay in Baghdad. Thank God for my brother. That sounds like a terrific tactical opportunity to me. When the delivery guys came in to the flat, looked at the kitchen door, their supervisor asked me, have you measured the door?
Him and a few colleagues had to visit a place in Abu Graib area. I looked at him blankly.
a long long time for him to be able to flash that cute smile of his and laugh. I felt kinda bad, but I wasnt ready to make new aquaintences. This is exactly why the Middle East is so backwards. How dare they not tell us.
They go through tough times.
Because all we try and do is please people by saying what they wanna hear! They get drunk and next morning theyre supposed to protect those who they are escorting into the danger zone.
Ever since that incident, that roaring laughter disappeared.
I turned both the hot and cold taps. Fortunately, our snipers are better than theirs.
This was taken on one of the rooftops at my workplace. And I didnt even spend much.
I mean really stupid.
Thank God for my brother.
I was infact talking to LTC Loud.
pray for them and for all those who are missing.
The green bathtub, pink toilet and white basin flat.
How dare they carry out maintenance work without informing us. If the media is not covering Ramadi, they are not covering the heart of the insurgency. Ever since then I've been teaching myself not to be scared, to show no fear. And no I dont wanna make money out of it.
But truth should be told.
