Since we are streaming mp3z anyway, how about more
general sound effects?  For instance, after I've
played about 5 moves of fuseki, I'd like to send the
text "Time to kick it up a notch" and the sound
"BAM!".  Likewise, when I'm 20 moku behind in yose,
I'd like to write "I'm not left-handed either!" and
have a sword-like "zing!" sound play.
