Relax, a note-on with velocity=0 is equivalent to a note-off command (according
to one version MIDI spec anyway --
http://www.borg.com/~jglatt/tech/midispec/noteon.htm). This technique is also
widely used in MIDI files to take advantage of running status, which
significantly reduces file size.
