Hi,

I have found one way to respect LGPL license on iOS, you can dynamically link 
the library of Fluid synth, and place this version on the supporting site, if 
Fluidsynth upgrades, users just need to replace its library, but the user's 
device must have been jail broken to achieve the installation.

But I'm not sure if this is a legal method.
