[fluid-dev] Sustain pedal not working on compiled program using libfluidsynth

I solved my own problem…I simply had forgotten to handle the specific control change CC message in the MIDI event handler and dispatch a fluid_synth_cc() call as a result.  The sustain pedal now works.
