(And this is logically consistent with the reason for the zwj. I don't
think this reason holds for why we need to use this for khanda-tha, but
hey as long as it is standard)

So, is this a bug (oops.. sorry, feature) from microsoft ?

I don't remember having this problem with code2000... can any one cross
check this ?
