Hi all!

I have added the conditional compiles for
        aubio
        libinstpatch
        portmidi
        portaudio

I won be releasing this update, you can get it from the cvs with the tag

RELEASE_0_5_ALPHA_CONDITIONAL

Please take a look to the src/cond.pri for configuring the conditional 
compile.
